Everything you need to know before booking your first session.
Individual sessions are 50 minutes. Couples and family sessions are 80 minutes. Group sessions are 60 minutes. Employee wellness programmes are customised.
We accept select medical aid plans. Please contact us before your first session to confirm whether your specific scheme and option is accepted. Cash, EFT, and direct payment are also accepted.
TP. Nkosi Social Services is located at 104 Block GG, Soshanguve, 0152. We are conveniently situated to serve clients across Soshanguve, Mabopane, and the greater Pretoria North area.
Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know you and understand what brings you here. It is relaxed and conversational. There is no pressure to share more than you are comfortable with. Together we will agree on goals and a way forward.
Absolutely. Everything shared in sessions is strictly confidential. The only exceptions are where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, or where legally required — and even then, we would discuss this with you first whenever possible.
Yes! You can select your session type, choose a date and time, and complete a simplified intake form entirely online. Visit our booking page to get started.
Please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled session to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
Sessions are currently in-person at our Soshanguve rooms. Contact us to discuss your specific circumstances if travel is a barrier.
If you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just need a safe space to talk — counselling can help. You do not need to be in crisis to benefit. Many clients come for support during life transitions, relationship challenges, or personal growth.
